  Roasted Chicken Salad
pulled chicken tossed with Dukes mayonnaise, Creole mustard & celery, served on bed of local lettuce with housemade pickles

 
  Shrimp Remoulade Salad
local shrimp tossed in our remoulade sauce on bed of local lettuce.  (This is a classic French mayonnaise based sauce.  We feature the New Orleans “red” version made with Creole mustard and touch of ketchup.)

 
  Pickled Shrimp Salad

  All sandwiches (except the pimento cheese) are served on real New Orleans po boy bread (soft French bread) from Leidenheimer Baking Company – family run since 1896.

house-smoked pork loin, thinly sliced, served with local lettuce, tomatoes, creolaise (Creole mustard and Dukes mayonnaise) and housemade pickles

   
  Roasted Chicken Salad Po Boy
pulled chicken tossed with a Duke’s Mayonnaise sauce, celery & served with local lettuce, tomatoes, and housemade pickles

   
  Fish Cake Po Boy
pan seared local, seasonal fish patty; served with local lettuce, tomato and Dukes mayonnaise

classic fare of south Louisiana, a baked rice dish similar to red rice in South Carolina; a variety of meats can be used in it, such as pulled chicken or pork; served with a slice of cornbread

   
  Gumbo
a stew often seen in New Orleans and the surrounding countryside;  ours generally comes with chicken, Andouille sausage and okra; expect a dark, rich dish with a bit of a kick from that Andouille sausage; served with rice and a slice of cornbread

   
  Shells and Cheese
our take on macaroni & cheese; featuring shell shaped pasta tossed in a velvety cheese sauce; topped with parmesan and served with your choice of side

   
  Lasagna
classic Italian lasagna with locally made pasta; meaty or vegetarian; served with French bread
