Dinner Catering Options

We know that most folks want simple solutions, and hence the design of our dinner catering menu.

 

Below you will find a variety of our entrees that work well for a crowd.  We have priced them per person, and this price includes a serving of our beautiful Straight from the Garden Salad as well! Those of you who dine with us often know that the local hydroponic bib lettuce makes an unbeatable salad that should prove the perfect complement to the entrees -- creating a well balanced meal.  Feel free to add other sides at our a la carte prices.

Entrées $15/person

  Country Captain
delicious tomato-curry braised pulled chicken served with rice, raisins and almonds
   
  Jambalaya
classic fare of south Louisiana, a baked rice dish similar to red rice in South Carolina; a variety of meats can be used in it, such as pulled chicken or pork
 
  Gumbo
a stew often seen in New Orleans and the surrounding countryside;  ours generally comes with chicken, Andouille sausage and okra; expect a dark, rich dish with a bit of a kick from that Andouille sausage
 
  Lasagna
classic Italian lasagna with locally made pasta; meaty or vegetarian
 
  Bertolini’s Cavatelli with Pork Bolognese
local cavatelli pasta with traditional northern Italian meat sauce

• 10% delivery fee added to orders within 5 miles of the restaurant

• 20% delivery fee added to orders outside 5 miles of the restaurant
